1) Appointments & Cancellations

• Appointments are subject to confirmation by our administrative team.
• Rescheduling requires at least 24-hour notice.
• Consultation fees, when applicable, are non-refundable once rendered.

2) Treatment Plans & Outcomes

Plans are tailored individually. Outcomes vary based on anatomy, lifestyle, and compliance. While we maintain the highest standards, results cannot be guaranteed.

3) Payments & Pricing

• Payments follow the agreed schedule prior to treatment start.
• Installments, when available, must be settled on due dates.
• Prices are in Kuwaiti Dinar (KWD) unless stated otherwise.

4) Marketing Communications Consent

By opting into reminders or offers, you consent to receiving communications via WhatsApp/email/SMS. You can unsubscribe at any time.

5) Clinical Photos

De-identified before/after photos may be used for documentation or education. Identifiable publishing requires separate consent where applicable.

6) Intellectual Property

All website materials (text/images/design/logo) are owned by Dr. Majzoub Clinic and may not be reproduced without prior written permission.

7) Medical Disclaimer

Website content is for awareness and does not replace clinical consultation. Every case requires proper clinical evaluation.

8) Changes & Governing Law

We may update these Terms from time to time. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Kuwait.
